I am currently completing a Certificate in Advanced Studies in Music Physiology (CAS MP), an advanced professional training program for musicians, music educators, and performing artists. The program explores how the body and mind respond to the physical and psychological demands of music-making and provides practical, body-oriented tools for working with tension, stress, and injury prevention.
For several years, I have been deeply engaged with these topics in my professional practice, and I actively integrate this approach into my own teaching as a piano teacher. In my work with students, I apply body-based, mental, and practical strategies to support body awareness, ease of movement, and sustainable learning processes.
I regularly organize and facilitate lectures and workshops that take a holistic and open approach, integrating body-based work, mental practices, and practical tools. These formats are designed to support self-regulation and long-term wellbeing and can be adapted to a wide range of needs, contexts, and experience levels.
My training combines music physiology, music psychology, and mental approaches, with a strong emphasis on practical application. What I value most about this education is its direct relevance to everyday practice: the knowledge can be immediately integrated into teaching, rehearsing, performing, and personal body work.
In my professional practice, I place a strong focus on working with the body and developing body awareness. I support musicians and performers in building a more conscious, sustainable, and respectful relationship with their bodies.
A key aspect of my work is prevention — helping to recognize early signs of physical or mental strain and integrating healthy movement patterns, awareness, and self-regulation from an early stage, especially in work with children and young musicians.
My goal is to support long-term wellbeing, freedom of movement, and embodied presence — both in artistic performance and in everyday life.
